- No prior evictions or foreclosures, and no multiple eviction filings in the past 5 years
- No felony, violent crime, sex-offense, or fraud convictions
    or outstanding charges in the past 5 years

- No more than two Non-related adults
- No boarders or more than 2 roommates.
- Total occupants not more than 2 times the number of bedrooms
