Our mission is to find you the Right house that meets your specific requirements.  We NEVER charge a fee for this service.   We do charge an Application fee - only when you find the Right house and are ready for us to process your application.

If you don't see what you are looking for, please use our RENTAL HOME SEARCH page to tell us what you need and we will do our best to find it for you. That is what we do best!  Besides homes for rent, we also have several opportunities to “lease with an option to buy” a new construction home in some of the fastest growing areas in Johnson County! (Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, Desoto, Bonner Springs, and Gardner, KS)

Please be aware that the Kansas City area does not have a "multiple listing service" for rental homes.  So, only the company or owner that lists a house can show you that particular house.   We will be happy to arrange a time to show you any of the homes on our Listings page.
